The P2M portal is available on the operator's website www.pet2me.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "website"). User means any person who uses the P2M portal. These conditions define the legal relationship between the operator and the user. Use of this service constitutes the user 's unconditional agreement to these terms. These conditions will take precedence over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by the operator. Registration for P2M is free for all pets with an identification number associated with the Pet2me locket or for anyone who has purchased a separate Pet2me locket at www.pet2me.eu. The P2M e-shop is the sales interface of the P2M portal for the sale of medallions and related products. 2. Terms of use P2M is operated for the benefit of its users and their pets. P2M users must act ethically and responsibly when using this site. The following criteria must be met when using P2M. P2M should not be used to publish information whose content or intent violates applicable laws and regulations. Any activity that disrupts or disrupts the performance or operation of the system or sites accessible through P2M is prohibited. Each P2M user agrees to allow veterinarians, practitioners and registered national veterinary regulations, access to their data and to the data of their animals: - during a consultation when the animal is accompanied by its owner or a representative of the owner -for all cases of veterinary emergency -to facilitate the search for the owner in case he is not in the presence of the lost animal. Any access to or change of data in the P2M user account can only be performed with the consent of the owner. Any information about a change of owner or his death must be provided immediately by the P2M account holder / manager. The information accessible through the P2M service is private and limited to individuals or organizations that own the rights to the service (unless stated otherwise). The use of P2M to illegally access information or computer login systems on other sites through P2M is therefore prohibited. Every P2M user must know and follow the P2M terms. The user may be approached by the operator to give consent to the processing of personal data for other purposes, but this must comply with the currently valid and effective legislation relating to the protection of personal data. The processors of personal data may also be entities with which the relevant personal data controller has concluded a written agreement on the processing of personal data. Information on specific controllers and processors of personal data is available on the website. 4. Final provisions These conditions are published in the Czech language and in the English language. If there is a discrepancy between the individual language mutations, the currently effective version in the Czech language takes precedence. The conditions and all other documentation related to the P2M portal are published on the website. These conditions take effect on 27 May 2019. The operator reserves the right to change the conditions. The change will not take effect until thirty (30) days after its publication on the operator's website.
